Terms and conditions

Welcome to Alliston Medspa (“Alliston Medspa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online booking services, products and services, and your interactions with Alliston Medspa.
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product or service, or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Alliston Medspa

Alliston Medspa
Alliston Medspa provides spa, wellness, aesthetic and/or medical-aesthetic services as described on our website and through our booking channels.
Specific services, treatment protocols, eligibility requirements and availability may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when booking or using our services.
Certain treatments may have age, health, medical or other eligibility requirements. Where applicable, Alliston Medspa may require a consultation, intake form, medical history or assessment before providing a particular service.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone a treatment where we reasonably believe that:

  • The treatment may not be appropriate for you;

  • Required information has not been provided;

  • A contraindication or safety concern exists;

  • You have not followed applicable pre-treatment instructions; or

  • Providing the service would otherwise be inappropriate or unsafe.

3. Appointments and Booking
Appointments may be booked through our website, online booking platform, telephone, email or other approved channels.
When booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by Alliston Medspa or our authorized booking system.
Appointment availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. To allow us to manage appointment availability fairly, we require reasonable notice for cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellation Notice Required: [Insert e.g., 24/48 hours]
If you cancel or reschedule within the applicable cancellation period, a cancellation or late-rescheduling fee of $[Amount] or [Percentage]% may apply.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may be subject to a fee of $[Amount].
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in additional booking restrictions or a requirement to provide a deposit before future appointments.
Please refer to our current booking/cancellation policy or contact us if you are unsure about the applicable fee.

5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten the treatment to avoid affecting other clients’ appointments.
Depending on the circumstances, the full service price may still apply.
If the remaining appointment time is insufficient to safely or appropriately perform the treatment, we may need to reschedule the appointment and applicable cancellation or late-arrival fees may apply.

6. Consultations and Treatment Suitability
Certain services may require a consultation before treatment.
A consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be recommended or performed.
Our practitioners may determine that a particular service is not suitable for you based on information provided during the consultation, your medical history, current medications, allergies, skin condition, treatment history or other relevant factors.
Where appropriate, we may recommend that you consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.

7. Medical and Health Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your treatment, including information concerning:

  • Allergies and sensitivities;

  • Existing medical conditions;

  • Current medications;

  • Previous treatments;

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding, where relevant;

  • Previous adverse reactions; and

  • Any other information reasonably relevant to treatment safety.

You must inform us if your health circumstances or medications change before receiving a treatment.
Failure to provide relevant information may increase the risk of complications or make a treatment unsuitable.

8. Results and Treatment Outcomes
Individual results vary.
Alliston Medspa does not guarantee a particular aesthetic, cosmetic, wellness or treatment outcome unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Results may depend on factors including:

  • Individual physiology;

  • Skin or health condition;

  • Age;

  • Lifestyle;

  • Treatment history;

  • Compliance with aftercare instructions;

  • Number and frequency of treatments; and

  • Other individual circumstances.

Photographs or examples shown on our website, social media or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.

9. Treatment Risks and Aftercare
Certain treatments may involve temporary or, in some circumstances, more significant risks or side effects.
Before applicable treatments, you may be required to review treatment information and provide informed consent.
You agree to follow all reasonable pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by Alliston Medspa.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction following a treatment, contact Alliston Medspa promptly and seek appropriate medical attention where necessary.
For emergencies, contact 911 or your local emergency medical service.

10. Practitioner Discretion
Where services are provided by a regulated healthcare professional or qualified practitioner, the practitioner retains professional discretion regarding whether a treatment should be provided, modified, postponed or discontinued.
Nothing on our website or in these Terms overrides the professional judgment, ethical obligations or legal responsibilities of a regulated healthcare professional.

11. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website or booking platform are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes are additional.
Payment may be required:

  • At the time of booking;

  • Before treatment;

  • At the time of service; or

  • According to an agreed payment arrangement.

We accept the payment methods displayed or otherwise communicated by Alliston Medspa.
Third-party payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Deposits
Certain appointments or treatments may require a deposit.
Where a deposit applies, the amount and conditions will be communicated to you before or during booking.
Deposits may be:

  • Applied toward the cost of the service;

  • Refundable subject to the cancellation policy; or

  • Non-refundable in specified circumstances.

The applicable deposit terms presented at the time of booking will govern.
